Roseatte Spoonbill with Chicks

This photo was taken at the Rookery located in the Alligator Farm, St. Augustine, Florida. The birds choose this particular site because of the alligators that keep prey (raccoons) away from their young. Of course the alligators get any chicks that fall out of the nest.
